First of all, all of my characters live in a world I created called Tiraka. Tiraka is very regional, in that fire pokemorphs mostly come from a city called Vulcan - which is named after the Volcano it sits next to. It is a monarchy setting. The pokemon show has never gotten government involved in it's plots, but I like to - which is why I created the region. Tiraka consists of two major regions: Aresia, and Salbadia. Aresia is a continent country controlled by an elected senate, that used to be a monarchy. The monarchy was abolished after King Danzala's death because of crimes against the people of aresia by the icy tyrant. Here are characters from Aresia.
Princess Grace: A water and wind alchemist - she trancended into the true Suicune. Grace, in essence, is the suicune. At the age of 21, she was murdered by her cousin Danzala. She was the first of the royal family to die.
Prince Ashton: A fire alchemist - he trancended and became Entei. In life, he was the oldest and heir apparent to the throne. He was a knight and loyal servant of Aresia. He and his cousin Clarke had an duel to the death which he ultimately lost.
Princess Spara: A lightning alchemist - she trancended and became Raikou. Rather headstrong and reckless, she was your typical snobby princess. Her cousin Emma hated her even before Danzala's plan was conspired. Emma killed her from behind, never giving Spara a chance to come back.
King Atticus: The father of the three I just listed. He was a kind king, and a master of kinetic, telepathic, and wind alchemy. He trancended and became Lugia. It took Danzala, Emma, Clarke and Lysander to kill him. And after his death, Danzala lied to the world and managed to secure his spot on the throne despite being fifth in line at birth.
Prince Lysander: The brother of King Atticus, and father of Danzala, Emma, and clark. In life, he loved his brother and his brother's family. But he was corrupted and manipulated like a puppet by his three children after Danzala took full control. In his youth he was a fire alchemist, and like all three of his children, he was a wind alchemist too. But he became skilled in every element and trancended into ho-oh. After he was used to kill Atticus, his throat was cut by Danzala's sword.
King Danzala: The oldest of the branch family in the castle, he knew he would never be king if he let things play out. A powerful demon lived inside him, and provided him with wind and ice powers. He trancended and became Articuno, known by all aresian's as the icy tyrant. The man engineered a plan that resulted in the the death of all of his cousins and uncle in order to take the aresian throne. He murdered his younger cousin grace with his own hand, splattering her blood all over the stone walls of the castle. He also tricked Clark into thinking Ashton slept with his girlfriend, which resulted in Clark attacking and subsequently killing Ashton. Emma was his puppet too, and he used her to take care of spara.
All that was left was the youngest sibling, Raiza. Mew. Now every body in the family, even Danzala, love Raiza. he was just such a nice little kid - but as part of Atticus' line, he had to be killed. So Danzala used poison gas, knowing he could never beat Raiza in an alchemy showdown. raiza was by far the most powerful of all of them.
Raiza got wind of this and escaped, going into hiding for fifteen years. His whole family being slaughtered in his absense. After Atticus and Lysander were killed, his siblings expected to stay at Danzala's side and rule together. But he banished both of them. Emma, stricken with grief, became a lowly prostiture and lived a long hard life despite being zapdos. She died knowing she played a part in completely screwing over herself and her family.
Clark committed suicide soon after being banished, being unable to cope with his brother's betrayal. Danzala ruled for 81 miserable long years, never having any friends. Only slaves and workers. When he finally died, his castle was destroyed by the people, who hated him for stealing all the wealth and impoverishing all of Aresia.

Emma: She was a lightning and wind alchemist, and trancended into Zapdos. Very pretty, she was by far the best looking person in the royal family. But Spara was the better alchemist, and she was jealous. After Danzala told her what she needed to do, she didn't question it. She just assumed her brother would always take care of her. But she was betrayed, and thrown aside.
Clark: A fire and wind alchemist who became Moltres. He never was very bright, and his brother had him wrapped around his finger. He actually got along with Ashton - but Danzala convinced him otherwise. After killing his cousin, and Danzala's subsequent betrayal, he could not live with himself anymore. He tied an anchor around his foot, and jumped off the side of a boat with it - drowning at the bottom of the sea with all his fire put out.
Prince Raiza: The youngest of both families, he was a master alchemist - who controlled each element equally masterfully. He trancended and became Mew. After hearing plans of his assassination, he fled the castle - only coming back fifteen years later to challange Danzala for the throne. But he was outnumbered and over powered. He manged to permantely scar Danzala with a fire spell before finally being pierced by swords.

All of these characters died, and the legendaries disappeared. But not forever. They were reincarnated with different names.
